The following are formal documents that pertain to holders of moorings and their moorings. It is incumbent on mooring holders to know and understand what is contained in these documents.
Minute Of Agreement: The (signed) agreement between the mooring-holder and the committee once the mooring has been granted
Data Protection Policy: Indicating how we use and store your data
Rules: Defines the the processes and behaviours incumbent on mooring-holders
Constitution: Defines the make-up and process of the Findhorn Fairway Committee
